A Union County town is enforcing a “zero tolerance” policy when it comes to pranks this Halloween.

Hillsdale police say that in the past they have had significant problems with property damage by teens and young adults in the days leading up to and on Halloween. This includes homes hit with eggs, rocks and paintballs.

Police say that the town’s 8 p.m. curfew will be enforced and that people found in possession of potentially mischievous items will be picked up by police.
