PSEG LI teams with tech company on drones to scan power grid

PSEG Long Island is showing off some new tools that it's using to keep the lights on.

The power provider teamed up with ULC Robotics to use drones to scan Long Island's power grid.

PSEG says the data allows them to determine which parts of its system need to be storm-hardened.

The two companies first began working on a pilot program in 2016.
