Man wanted for forcibly touching 11-year-old girl in East Flatbush

Police are on the lookout for a man they say grabbed an 11-year-old girl in East Flatbush.
Officials say the suspect approached the girl behind a building on the 3100 block of Foster Avenue Sunday where he touched her groin over her clothes.
That suspect then apparently fled the scene to the Newkirk Avenue 2 and 5 train subway station.
Police say he's described as being between the ages of 25 to 30 years old, with a medium build and dark eyes.
He was last seen wearing a hat that says "security" in yellow lettering, black cargo pants and a black T-shirt.
