Officials: Nephew of victim arrested in fatal E. 196th Street stabbing

Police have made an arrest in connection to a stabbing that happened Friday in the Bronx.
Police say 18-year-old Travis Mason has been charged with murder and manslaughter in connection to the death of 55-year-old Eric Shaw.
Officials tell News 12, Mason was the nephew of Shaw.
Officials say they received a call about an argument near East 196th Street and Briggs Avenue around 12:30 p.m. Friday.
When they arrived, they found the unresponsive victim with stab wounds to the neck.
Shaw was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
