Maryland mom accused of leaving toddler in hot car in Baldwin

A mother from Maryland is accused of leaving her toddler in a hot car on Long Island.
Police say they got a call about a baby left locked in a car in a parking lot on Grand Avenue in Baldwin Sunday.
It took officers about 15 minutes to get into the car, which was turned off with the windows up.
They removed the 2-year-old boy who they say was sweating profusely.
The boy is said to be fine.
The mother, Digna Argueta Gutierrez, faced a judge Monday.
