Hempstead woman charged in fatal Queens crash

HEMPSTEAD -

A Hempstead woman has been charged in a fatal crash in Queens.

The NYPD says Jevaughn Hodge was driving without a license just after 12 a.m. when she hit an unidentified 36-year-old motorcyclist.

The biker was speeding on the northbound Cross Island Parkway near Northern Boulevard.

Police say he hit the median, was ejected from the bike into the southbound lanes where he was hit by Hodge's Bentley.
