3rd lactation breastfeeding pod installed in Suffolk County

Mothers will soon be able to breastfeed at a third municipal lactation station in Suffolk County.

The lactation station pod is set to be installed at the County Family Court building in Central Islip.

“Nursing mothers need a place where they can go, where they can take care of their children in privacy and in dignity,” said Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone.
