Campers in Lido Beach get chance to work with horses

A two-week equine therapy program started Tuesday at Camp Anchor, a camp for children and adults with special needs.

Officials say the horses will help the campers increase balance, concentration and self-confidence.

As News 12 previously reported, Camp Anchor is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
