Police: Man burglarized Hicksville senior housing center

HICKSVILLE -

Police say a man looked right into a security camera when he broke into the Town of Oyster Bay Senior Housing Center in Hicksville.

The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. on July 11.

Police say the property was damaged during the burglary.

Residents add that each building at the center was broken into. They say they're double-checking their locks as a precaution.

Police say there is a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
