Jurors have entered deliberations for all four defendants in the case of Carey Gabay -- a former aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo and innocent bystander who died in the crossfire of a gang shootout in 2015.

Stanley Elianor, Keith Luncheon, Micah Alleyne are being tried together on murder charges for showing "depraved indifference" to human life when they allegedly opened fire on a crowd before the West Indian American Day parade.

Jurors are separately deliberating for the fourth suspect, Kenny Bazile, whose lawyer argued was just defending himself and was not an active participant in the alleged gang battle.

A fifth suspect, Tyshawn Crawford, pleaded guilty in a deal with prosecutors that will possibly spare him from life imprisonment in exchange for his testimony against the other men.
