Day two of the US Open at Shinnecock Hills saw more struggles from some of the best golfers in the world.
Tiger Woods improved a little -- but not enough to put him in contention this weekend. He shot eight over par Thursday and two over Friday, leaving him at +10 after two rounds and short of advancing.
"I'm hitting it just fine," Woods said. "I just have not made any putts. And importantly I haven't made those key ones to keep momentum going."
The world's No. 1 Dustin Johnson continues to lead the way, scoring four under par after two rounds.
