Kellogg's recalls cereal possibly linked to salmonella

Kellogg's has voluntarily recalled their Honey Smacks cereal while the FDA and CDC investigate a multi-state outbreak of salmonella possibly linked to the cereal.
According to the CDC, 71 people in 31 states have become sick, with 24 people becoming hospitalized.
There haven’t been reports of any deaths.
Officials say Kellogg's Honey Smacks sweetened puffed wheat cereal are a likely source of the outbreak.
The FDA is investigating the facility that manufactures the cereal.
The recalled products were distributed across the U.S.
