She'll be arraigned Monday.

Sanchez's 13-year-old brother was killed, along with a 15 and 16-year-old boy when the SUV overturned in Freeport Friday.

Her 18-month-old son was also in the vehicle but wasn't hurt.

Investigators say the SUV, which had been reported stolen, was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic when it flipped.
