LIRR president to hold feedback meeting with riders

GARDEN CITY -

The Long Island Rail Road president will be holding a meeting tonight to chat with commuters.

President Phil Eng will hold the first "Customer Conversations" event at Adelphi University in Garden City at 7 p.m.

The meetings are part of an effort to keep an open dialogue with LIRR customers.

Experts from various LIRR departments will also be at the event.

A similar event in Suffolk will be held at MacArthur Airport in Ronkonkoma on June 7.
