Police: Drunken Centereach man drove with 3 kids in car

Police say a Centereach man was driving drunk with three teenage girls in his car Thursday night.

David Michels was pulled over on Stanley Drive around 6:30 p.m. in Centereach.

Michels is facing felony DWI charges under Leandra's Law, as well as child endangerment charges.

The three 14-year-old girls in the car were released to family members.
