After Sunday's soggy weather and soaking rains, Memorial Day saw clear conditions on Long Island.
News 12 meteorologists say some scattered showers lingered around overnight. But clouds this morning gave way to more sunshine in the afternoon.
High temperatures Monday will top out in the low-70s.
For tonight, expect mostly clear skies with some fog developing by morning. Overnight lows will be in the 60s with light winds.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny and very warm, with highs in the mid-80s. And Wednesday will see sun and clouds with highs in the mid- to upper-70s.
