Rep. Rice announces she won't run for state AG

Rep. Kathleen Rice says she doesn't want to replace Eric Schneiderman as New York's attorney general.
The congresswoman says although she appreciates the encouragement to run for state AG, she plans to seek a third term in the U.S. House.
Schneiderman resigned last week after four women accused him of physical violence.
State lawmakers will today spend a second day interviewing candidates for interim attorney general.
