Business Briefs: Xerox & Fujifilm, Tesla, Tim Cook

NEW YORK -

Xerox is pulling out of a multibillion-dollar merger deal with Fujifilm. Instead, Xerox has reportedly reached a settlement with two of its largest shareholder - Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason - to replace its CEO and overhaul the board. Fujifilm says it doesn't think Xerox has the legal right to ax the deal.

An upgrade is in store for Tesla Model 3 owners. CEO Elon Musk tweeted that Tesla will start to take orders for all-wheel drive and performance versions of Model 3 by the end of the week. According to Cheddar, right now, Model 3 is only made in rear-wheel drive.

Apple CEO Tim Cook took on Facebook and Google in his commencement address at Duke University. In his speech, Cook emphasized his company's focus on privacy and minimal data collection. Facebook and Alphabet have been under scrutiny for creating targeted ads with user information. Cook also dared graduates to think different.
