Method:
Very thinly slice New York Strip Steak and then mold the slices into the shape of a hamburger patty.  
For medium rare grill for 5 minutes total – 2.5 minutes each side. 
To make your burger really stand out add some candied bacon.  Put maple syrup on bacon and then bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
