Copiague H.S. student accused of making threats against classmates

A Copiague High School student faces a judge after being accused of making threats against his classmates.

Police say the 17-year-old junior made threats against the Class of 2019 on Sunday night.

According to police, he posted the threats on Instagram to a female classmate.

We're told they included "suicidal statements."

The unidentified student was arrested Sunday and will face a judge this morning.
