Charges upgraded against driver in deadly LIE crash in Shirley

Charges have been upgraded after a four-vehicle crash in Shirley that left 1 person dead and seven others hurt.
A 20-count indictment was unsealed against Peter Visconti Jr. Friday.
He's now been hit with 12 felonies including aggravated vehicular homicide and manslaughter.
Police say back in March, Visconti was driving high on drugs when he hit two minivans and a motorcyclist on the Long Island Expressway in Shirley. 
A woman visiting Long Island from China was killed.
