Police: Armed gunmen stole $100,000 in merchandise from phone store

MELVILLE -

Police are searching for the armed gunmen who robbed a cell phone store in Melville.

According to police, the two men held up the AT&T store on Walt Whitman Road at 8:30 p.m. Thursday and stole $100,000 worth of merchandise.

Police say the suspects restrained the employees and then stole cell phones and tablets.
