Neighbors: Shuttered Olinville CVS is a growing problem

The site of a former Olinville CVS store has become an eyesore four years after its roof caved in, neighbors say.
Maybe an ear-sore too, since the alarms keep going off at all hours day and night, according to the people who live near the intersection of Burke Avenue and White Plains Road.
They want to know why it's still empty and falling into further disrepair. The site also has a dumping problem.
The Sanitation Department and FDNY have both cited the property for trash and alarm problems.
CVS says it will take measures to fix the problems as soon as possible.
News 12 visited the building after receiving calls from neighbors about the alarm, and may have found the reason it keeps going off. Video shows a young vandal throwing rocks at the windows of the former CVS.  He misses a few times, but doesn't stop until significant damage has been caused.
The FDNY has posted a fine regarding the alarm on the front door that could cost up to $5,000.
