The Connecticut Elections Cybersecurity Task Force will meet today for the first time.

The first of its kind meeting will bring together federal, state and local officials to strengthen Connecticut's election cybersecurity protections.

The task force was created in response to Russian intelligence agencies 'scanning' Connecticut's online voter registration system.

The task force will release its plan to keep voters safe in three months.
