A lawsuit has been filed in connection with a tour bus crash on the Southern State Parkway.

A Huntington father is suing Journey Bus Line and driver Troy Gaston.

According to the suit, 17-year-old Erin Bonitz was seriously injured as a result of Gaston's negligence.

Gaston was driving a bus full of high school students and chaperones when he slammed into the overpass last weekend.
