An argument over dog feces led to a dog and two men getting stabbed in Bridgeport Saturday morning, police say.
Police say a neighbor, Kirk Brown, was angry that 9-month-old pit bull Max used a nearby lawn on Park Avenue as a bathroom. Brown, Max's owner Christian Rodriguez and a friend of Rodriguez's allegedly began fighting over the cleanup, and police say they believe that Max bit Brown.
Police say Brown pulled out a knife and stabbed Rodriguez and his friend, Ryan Bray.
Rodriguez says Max is on the mend after the incident.
Rodriguez and Bray were both treated for their injuries and charged with breach of peace and assault. Brown is being charged with animal cruelty and second-degree assault, among other charges.
