Doctors offer up shoveling tips as 4th nor'easter hits LI

Some Long Island doctors have some tips for shoveling as a fourth nor'easter hit Long Island.

Doctors recommend exercising or stretching before shoveling heavy, wet snow.

They also say to shovel throughout the storms if it's safe, and not to wait until after when snow can be at its heaviest.

One way to throw out your back is to try and lift everything at once, experts say. So breaking up the shoveling into smaller jobs can help.
