Funeral services were held Sunday for a Westbury nursing student who was killed at Binghamton University.

Visitation for Haley Anderson was held at a funeral home on Post Avenue in Westbury.

The 22-year-old was strangled in her off-campus home earlier this month.

Orlando Tercero, who authorities say had a previous relationship with Anderson, was officially charged with murder Saturday.

He was arrested in Nicaragua last week.

Police say he fled there shortly after Anderson's death.
