LIRR adds trains for those leaving NYC early due to storm

WOODBURY -

The Long Island Rail Road is not experiencing any major delays or cancellations during the third nor'easter to hit the area this month. 

The LIRR ran additional trains from Penn Station for those leaving early due to the winter storm.

The LIRR said there is potential for delays, cancellations and suspended service once 5 inches or more falls on the tracks and at stations.
