East Hampton man charged with raping woman in front of child

EAST HAMPTON -

An East Hampton man is accused of raping a woman in front of a child on school grounds.

Police say on Sunday, Bryan Siranaula, 18, pulled the woman out of her car and into his car.

The incident happened in a parking lot behind the Springs School.

Police say a 7-year-old child that the victim was caring for witnessed the entire attack.

Police also say the suspect knew the victim, but have not said how.

Siranaula is due back in court on Thursday.
