<p>A North Baldwin man is accused of drunken driving with a teenage passenger in the car.</p>

North Baldwin man accused of drunken driving with teen in car
A North Baldwin man is accused of drunken driving with a teenage passenger in the car.
Police say Phillip Flowers was stopped for speeding around 2 a.m. Sunday on the Meadowbrook Parkway near the Northern State in East Garden City.
Officers determined he was drunk, and took him into custody.
Flowers is charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law, because of the 15-year-old passenger.
