The illustrator of a popular children's book visited some lucky third-graders at a Brooklyn school.
Illustrator Charles Ugas read aloud to children at Hyde Leadership Charter School from the book "Rhymosaurs," an educational hip-hop book inspired children’s book for kids ages 5-7.
Brooklyn author Orlando Zeps Molina and Ugas both worked together to create the story about a young dinosaur who loves to snack all day but can’t brush his teeth because his hands are too short.
One part of the book even includes a child-friendly rap song with pictures while the rest of the book allows readers to freestyle, color in the pages and even write their own rhymes.
