CUTCHOGUE -

A man from Lindenhurst is accused of driving while high with his 11-month-old daughter in the car.

Police say Ronald Iazzatta, 33, was pulled over in Cutchogue Friday night.

Officers say he had been weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating.

He was determined to be under the influence of drugs and was taken into custody, according to Southold police.

The man's daughter was in a car seat and was not injured.
