A Miller Place High School student allegedly made a racially charged "hit list."
At least one parent says he chose his targets based on race.
The district says that the unidentified student was "immediately removed" from class and that officials contacted Suffolk police.
Neither the district nor police have released the student's name, but one mother of a girl whose name appeared on the list says the student has repeatedly used the N-word to describe her daughter before. She asked not to appear on camera out of fear for her daughter's safety.
Police say no charges have been filed, and the district says that the law prevents it from discussing disciplinary action.
