A North Babylon mom is accused of driving drunk and flipping her car while driving with her 2-year-old.
Police say Desiree Dubois, 27, hit a parked car on Lombard Street in North Babylon around 11 p.m. Thursday, and flipped her car.
Dubois' 2-year-old son was with her at the time. A neighbor pulled the boy from the vehicle, but he was not injured. Dubois suffered minor injuries.
Dubois was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law and endangering the welfare of a child. Prosecutors say she was also driving without a license.
Dubois pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors say she admitted to police that she had been drinking, but her attorney says it doesn't appear a witness stated there was any indication of intoxication.
