Mall at Bay Plaza rings in holidays with tree lighting

Thanksgiving isn't here yet, but the Bronx is in the holiday spirit.
Close to 100 families came out on a cold night to Bay Plaza in Co-op City for the annual Christmas tree lighting.
The event featured music from a DJ and a marching band.
Kids also got a chance to meet Santa Claus.
"Never too early," says Tashena Samuel of Co-Op City. "The kids wanted to see Santa, enjoy the music, even though it's a little cold."
The event also brought out some for early Black Friday deals
