Lynbrook man accused of posing as lawyer, scamming victims

A Lynbrook man is accused of posing as a lawyer and scamming victims out of more than $100,000.

Prosecutors say Caesar Roberts spent the money he was paid by his so-called clients on travel, entertainment, and other living expenses.

Roberts faces five to 15 years in prison if convicted.
