Deal or No Deal? The Justice Department is reportedly putting the brakes on AT&T's planned purchase of Time Warner, unless Time Warner sells the Turner television unit. That unit includes CNN.

Meanwhile, Goldman Sachs wants to make it easier for American businesses to invest in China.
The bank tells CNBC it's working with the China Investment Corporation to establish a $5 billion fund.  The move would be so U.S. companies can have better access to the Chinese market.

 Lastly, get ready for Starbuck's newest creations, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and Chestnut Praline Chai Tea Latte.

There is also a Candy Cane Whoopie Pie, two chocolate cakes with peppermint icing.
