21st Century Fox has reportedly been holding talks to sell most of the company to Walt Disney, according to CNBC.

Fox could potentially keep Fox News, Fox Business, and Fox Sports. Meanwhile, Disney could take over Disney's entertainment brands like Century Fox Studio, FX and National Geographic.
The deal could help Disney compete against Netflix.

Meanwhile, Snap reports its earnings after the closing bell today. Yesterday, Snapchat faced a worldwide outage for about four hours, with users taking to rival Twitter to complain they couldn't get into their Snapchat accounts.
