A Brentwood woman is accused of robbing an Islandia bank, while she left her 6-year-old daughter waiting in a taxi.
Police say Diana Marini walked into the Chase Bank on Veterans Highway around 1 p.m. Saturday, handed the teller a note and took off with cash.
An officer located the taxi, the suspect and the cash a short time later.
Marini was charged with robbery and endangering the welfare of a child.
The child was released to family members.
