Officials say students are back in class after an unused bullet was found at a Lattingtown school.

Chopper 12 was over Locust Valley Middle School where police evacuated students briefly.

School officials say police searched and cleared the school after the bullet was found.  The school says the unused live round was found in a bathroom this morning.

There is no word on where the bullet came from.
