Police: 1 arrested in Brentwood shooting

BRENTWOOD -

Police have arrested a man in connection to a shooting in Brentwood early this morning.

According to police, two men became involved in an altercation on Madison Avenue at 12:48 a.m.

Police say one of the men, Christopher Moncion, pulled a gulled and fired a shot that grazed the other man’s left arm, causing a minor injury.

The victim, a 20-year-old Brentwood man, refused medical treatment.

Moncion, 32, of Brentwood, was arrested and charged with assault in the second degree.
