"A lot of people think yoga is just breathing and stretching. And some forms of it are, but a lot of the forms that are available today are very strength building and you're going to sweat," says Lee.
If you want to take a yoga class, bring a towel, some water, and a mat. If you have to eat beforehand, keep it light. If you're pregnant or have injuries check with your doctor.
Choose a beginners class and stay in it as long as you need to. It's OK to go slow.
