Witnesses: Angry motorist beats deliveryman with bat in East Flatbush
A man is being sought for beating a 22-year-old man with a bat in what appears to be a road-rage dispute last week.
Neighbors say two men delivering furniture double-parked their vehicle Friday on East 48th Street  around 5 p.m.
When another driver tried to pass, they say the men got into an argument.
The dispute ended when the driver allegedly took out a baseball bat and hit one of the deliverymen, who published reports identify as Daron James, causing severe head trauma.
Police say the man who used the bat fled the scene in a gray Honda Accord.
Investigators describe the suspect as in his 40s, 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 170 pounds.
Police ask anyone with information to give them a call.
