Westbury students are going back to school today.

This morning, nearly 400 ninth-graders will be arriving at their new space at Nassau Community College in Garden City. 

The building, the North Annex, is located outside the main campus.

As News 12 reported, the New York State Education Department approved that site after concerns of overcrowding at Westbury High School.

The district is leasing the space at the school for one year.
