Police say they have the man who choked, punched and robbed a woman in Hempstead.
Javone Ferguson, 20, of Hempstead, was arrested at the Hempstead bus terminal Thursday.
According to police, it was the same spot where he brutally attacked the woman last month.
Ferguson allegedly lured the victim to a dark area, fondled and kissed her, before choking her until she lost consciousness.  
When she came to, Ferguson allegedly punched her in the face, and stole her phone and purse.
He eventually ran off when the woman screamed.
Ferguson was arraigned today in Hempstead.  He is charged with robbery, assault, strangulation and forcible touching.
According to prosecutors, Ferguson has five prior arrests; one a felony.  His bail was set at $75,000 bond.
