A Manhattan real estate executive apologized in Central Islip court Tuesday before accepting a plea deal for aggravated vehicular homicide and other charges. 

Sean Ludwick was behind the wheel in a 2015 drunken crash in Sag Harbor that killed his real estate broker, Paul Hansen. 

Authorities say after crashing into a pole, Ludwick removed Hansen's body from his Porsche and left it on the side of the road just feet from Hansen's home and then took off.

In the courtroom, Ludwick apologized to the Hansen family. He directed that apology to Paul's two sons. The 44-year-old said, "I humbly apologize to you, your family, particularly to Austin and Hunter."

Ludwick is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 18 to three to nine years in state prison.
