US Navy tall ships arrive at Freeport's Nautical Mile

Three U.S. Navy's tall ships have dropped anchor at the village of Freeport's Nautical Mile.
Freeport Village Mayor Robert Kennedy was on hand to welcome Navy officials and U.S. Naval Academy Midshipmen from Annapolis, Maryland.
"It's a great time, great for the village, great for the economy," he said, adding that the visit is in part of a 19-year tradition.
Each year, the Naval Academy's midshipmen learn how to sail large boats over the weekend's training.
The sailors will be offering tours of the tall ships Friday and Saturday. They ship out for Maryland on Sunday morning.
