Suspected MS-13 gang member to be arraigned in deli murder

CENTRAL ISLIP -

A suspected MS-13 gang member accused of murder was expected in court today.

As News 12 has reported, a man was shot multiple times inside El Campesino Deli in January.

Officials say Jose Suarez was expected to be arraigned in the Central Islip killing.

Suarez is accused of targeting a suspected member of a rival gang and also shooting a woman working in the deli. The woman survived.
