A Queens man has been arrested in connection to a robbery at a Hicksville gas station.

Zakariya Peerzada was charged and will appear in court today.

News 12 is told a suspect asked for the bathroom key at the Mobile gas station on North Broadway. While the employee went to help him open the door, police say another suspect ran inside and stole money.

Officials say the alleged thieves struggled with the victim and then took off.

The second suspect has not been court.
